EastEnders fans were left in turmoil at the end of Thursday’s episode, as a character was shot – while the identity of the victim remains hidden until Friday’s episode.
Hunter Owen stepped up his revenge plan against Jack Branning as he entered the pub with a gun, only to threaten Mick and Linda Carter.
Jack, and Hunter’s mum Mel Owen, eventually joined them, before Hunter pointed a gun at them all and led them through the pub to exact his revenge.
But chaos ensued when Keegan Baker spotted he was armed, and shouted out just amid the chaos surrounding Whitney Dean, Ben Mitchell and Callum Highway
As residents were distracted by their wedding showdown, it was only when Keegan shouted out that panicked residents began running for their lives.
With his plan spiralling out of control, Hunter jumped onto a table and pointed the gun at everyone, warning them to stay still.
But Mick, Jack, Keegan and even Kush Kazemi signalled to each other a way of stopping the killer teen, suddenly ambushing him.
Suddenly, as Mel screamed out, the men got Hunter onto the floor and surrounded him, only for the gun to go off.
As a gunshot sounded around Walford, the camera panned away from the pub without revealing who had taken the bullet.
Instead, viewers were left in the dark with them instead having to wait until the next visit to Albert Square on Friday to see the fallout.
