Congratulations are in order for Nick-yanka. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonasmarried Saturday, December 1, at the famed Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
The wedding marks the tail end of a whirlwind courtship and engagement, with the couple marrying just four months after Jonas proposed in July 2018.
For the occasion, Chopra wore a custom design by Ralph Lauren, who dressed Jonas too, according to People. All three of the groom’s brothers, Kevin, Joe and Frankie, served as groomsmen in the wedding.
Adorably, his father, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. officiated the Christian wedding. The pair will also hold an Indian wedding ceremony to honor Chopra’s background and upbringing.
“Priyanka’s background is a unique blend of different parts of India,” Shawna Gohel, Founder and CEO of Maharani Weddings, previously told The Knot. “She’s from Jamshedpur, but her dad is from Punjab. They moved to Delhi, so she’s going to have an Indian wedding mixed with traditions. She’s going to pick and choose what she wants, and as the week goes on, it gets more lavish.”
